VsTank Pro (Tanks Only) return and packing Guidelines
Just because you are returning an item to us that is damaged, doesn’t work properly or you just don’t like the item doesn’t mean you should neglect packing.
Please be sure all original packing material, accessories, tank and instruction papers and/or manuals are included. If you fail to tell the sales rep that there are some parts missing before shipping, we will be unable to process your refund or exchange.
Please Note: All items including original packing material, accessories, tank and instruction papers and/or manuals that came with your VsTank must be in its original wrapping, securely placed within or outside of the styrofoam container. If tank, parts, manuals and accessories are not securely placed within or outside of the styrofoam container, resulting in damage to your returning item. You will be held responsible for the extra damages.
Final approval of any refund or exchange is based on final inspection from ArtisticHobbies.com
VsTank Returns
- Do not ship tank back to us with batteries in either the controller or tank. This is a must!!!!!
- Missing Parts: If you fail to tell the sales rep that there are some parts missing before shipping, we will be unable to process your refund or exchange.
- All original packaging and box must be included in your return.
- All original accessories must be included in your return.
- The tank must be securely placed within the styrofoam container attached with the original (Factory) 3 screws that holds it in place. This is a must!!!!!
- Controller must be securely placed within the styrofoam container attached with the original twist tie.
- All manuals and booklets that came with your tank must be tapes to the outside of the styrofoam container. Do not place inside the styrofoam container. This is a must!!!!!
- Please include a written statement in what's wrong with your tank. Also include the sales reps name that you spoke with and invoice number in your written statement.
- Email us the tracking number once you ship your returning tank.
- You must use the shipping carrier that your sales rep told you to use. This is a must!!!!!
If none or part of the instructions listed above are not met:
- This may delay processing your return.
- You may be held liable for extra damages.
- You may not get a refund or exchange.
- Return policy voided if tank is played with outside.
