By placing an order with ArtisticHobbies.com or viewing content on our website, our customers agree to the following terms and conditions. You must be 18 years of age or older to buy items on our website.

SALES TAX
All orders placed within the state of Texas will be charged sales tax of 8.250% .

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Please note that listed availability might not be applicable for multiple copies of an item, and that sudden demand for an item can have an effect on its availability. We will inform you by phone or e-mail if any items in your order prove to be unavailable.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
ArtisticHobbies.com ships your items by multiple shipping options: through USPS, FedEx or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, size and destination of your order. You can see your shipping charge during the order process BEFORE you place your order.

Packages are usually shipped from ArtisticHobbies.com within 1-2 business days of your order. This would be delayed if an order were placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday. Please make your arrangements accordingly.
Special note for any orders certaining paints and glues: No hazardous materials can be shipped outside the continental United States or Canada. If shipping within the continental United States (Lower 48 States only), certain paints and glues will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground, usually 4-9 business days.

WE SHIP: ArtisticHobbies.com ships to the 50 U.S. states. Orders placed by 6:00 PM CST will be processed the same day and shipped in a timely manner.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM CST will be processed on the next day of business. No Saturday or Sunday deliveries available. Orders purchased on Saturday, Sunday and holidays will not be processed until the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Outside the USA): Canada:

HANDLING FEES:

• There are no handling fees for shipping to U.S. residents.
• There is handling fees for shipping to Canada, which is including in your final shipping costs.
• All Canadian residence are responsible for all duty taxes.
  

ORDER INFORMATION:
ArtisticHobbies.com wants to keep you informed as much as possible. You will receive an email or phone call in the following order or if your order consists of any issues:

• You will automatically be sent an order confirmation email by ArtisticHobbies.com shortly after you submit your order. If you have not received this email, please contact us to verify that the order has been placed or the correct email address was entered.
• If there is any problems with your billing or shipping address. We will contact you within 1 business day after the order is placed.
• If any items in your order is out of stock and/or discontinued. We will contact you within 1 business day after the order is placed.
• Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed by ArtisticHobbies.com with a tracking number (USP or FedEx) or a Delivery Confirmation Number (USPS).

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
A Special Order Item refers to an item that we don’t keep in stock on our shelves. All items marked with “Special Order Item” must be ordered from our vender first, which may take up to 3 weeks to receive. Since it is an item we don’t keep on our shelves, we are able to pass on great savings to our customers.

RETURN POLICY
ArtisticHobbies.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is simple; we will accept any items ordered from ArtisticHobbies.com within 15 days (Except VsTank Pro RC Tanks only) of your receipt of your package if the following conditions are met:

• Item(s) cannot be used and must remain in original packaging. Any form of assembly, painting or alteration of the item or cut packaging is considered to be used and non-returnable. If the item meets these requirements, a refund, minus original shipping cost will be refunded to the billing party.
• If your item has been opened and/or factory seals (Plastic casing or boxing) has been broken or cut, a refund will not be issued. All items must be in brand new and resalable condition.
• If you simply do not like the item(s), ordered the wrong item(s), or it just wasn't what you expected and the factory seals and/or boxing have not been broken. A refund can be issued, minus original shipping cost. All items must be in brand new and resalable condition.
• Hazardous materials (Like Paint and Glues) will NOT be accepted back as a return due to Department of Transportation regulation.

Final Approval:

• Final approval of any return is based on final approval by your sales rep at ArtisticHobbies.com
• Final approval of any refund or exchange is based on final inspection from ArtisticHobbies.com
• In some cases (Like damaged items) we might request photos and/or video to be emailed to use first.

Damaged during Shipping: If your item has been damaged in shipping, please refuse the package if possible. If you have already accepted the item and realized that the item has been damaged after you have opened the shipping package, please contact us immediately. ArtisticHobbies.com will issue a full refund, fix the problem or do an exchange.

Missing Parts: If your item(s) contains missing parts, please contact us immediately. ArtisticHobbies.com will issue a refund, do an exchange or mail you the missing parts.

Defective Parts or not Operating Correctly: If your item(s) contains defective parts or is not operating correctly, please contact us immediately. ArtisticHobbies.com will issue a refund, fix the problem or do an exchange.

When packing your item for return: Your sales rep will give you detailed instructions in how to return your item back to us. Failure to follow all or part of these instruction may forfeit in you getting an exchange or a refund.

Please be sure all the original packing material and instruction papers and/or manuals are included. We will be unable to process your return if parts are missing or if items are not packed properly during shipping back to us.

• Packing your item for return: Just because you are returning an item to us that is damaged, doesn’t work properly or you just don’t like the item doesn’t mean you should neglect packing. Failure to package all or part of your item properly for return shipping may forfeit in you getting an exchange or a refund. The customer is entirely responsible for return shipping as well as items lost or damaged items in transit.
• Missing Parts: If you fail to tell the sales rep that there are some parts missing before shipping, we will be unable to process a refund or exchange for you.
• Copy of Invoice: Please include a copy of your sales invoice and write what is wrong or why you are returning your item. Also include the sales reps name that you spoke with.
• Your Responsibility: All items, parts, manuals and accessories that came with your product must be in its original compartment and or wrapping securely within or outside the box with tape if needed. If items, parts , manuals and accessories are not securely placed within or outside the box, resulting in damage to your returning item. You will be held responsible for any damages and it may forfeit in you getting reimburse for shipping, refund or exchange.

Shipping your item back to us: Your sales rep will give you detailed instructions in which shipper you should use for return shipping. Failure to follow all or part of these instruction may forfeit in you getting an exchange or a refund.

• Instructions: Your sales rep will tell you which shipper you must mail your return with. Failure to follow these instructions may forfeit in you getting reimburse for shipping costs.
• Missing Parts: If you fail to tell the sales rep that there are some parts missing before shipping, we will be unable to process a refund or exchange for you.

Occasionally ArtisticHobbies.com may offer coupons and discounts, which will allow customers to purchase items at additional savings.

CREDIT CARD & FRAUD PROTECTION
In the event that your credit card is declined. Declines are often the result of a mis-keyed credit card number, name or expiration date.)

During these bad economic times all credit card companies are more strictly monitoring credit card activity especial for Internet transactions. In some cases, your credit card company might put a freeze on your account if your transactions are out of the ordinary. This is especial true for some Internet transaction that is out of the ordinary. If you feel this is the case, simply call the number on the back of your credit card and let them know you are placing an order via the Internet.

Some credit card companies are also requiring that your shipping/billing information match exactly as your credit card billing address. In some cases this might trigger an alarm flag by your credit card company and cancel your transaction and put a frreze on your account.

PRICES & TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, coupon errors or misuse and abuse or incorrect product information received from our suppliers. We have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed under these conditions. We have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders and correct any disparities whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
